    For camera and equipment rental requests, you can reach us by phone or email. During the rental process, you can visit our office to try out and pick up the equipment you've reserved. Please don't forget to bring your ID and/or company stamp when you come to pick up the rented equipment for the contract.
  2. Can I make a reservation for camera and equipment rental?
    Certainly. You can reach us by phone or email with your requests. If you email us the details of the camera and other equipment you wish to rent along with your shooting schedule, we can reserve the equipment for you for those dates and prepare it before you pick it up.
  3. Do I need to make a prepayment for the camera and equipment rental reservation?
    No prepayment is required to complete your camera and equipment rental reservation. However, if you do not call us two (2) days before the scheduled pickup date, your reservation will be canceled.
  4. Is it possible to rent the camera and equipment for a longer period than the days specified on your website?
    Yes, it is possible. We offer special discounts based on the number of days you wish to rent.

 

DELIVERY

  1. When can I pick up the camera and equipment I rented, and when can I return them?
    Depending on availability, you can pick up the equipment the evening before the rental start date and return it the morning after the rental period ends. Detailed information about the equipment return process will be provided to you during the handover.

    We do not provide delivery services for the rented camera and equipment. However, in case of any missing or faulty equipment, we do offer delivery services for replacements.
